Establish Scope
We will ask you some questions to understand the scope of your personal project requirements. This helps with our priorities, pricing, recommendations and timeline.

Gather Inspiration
Whether you have digital or physical pictures, samples or resources– tell us what you love. You can find inspiration through websites such as Houzz or Pinterest. Start to visualise what your home will be.
05.
On-Site Building Consultation & Quote
We want to see what we are working with. Christian will arrange a meeting time at your property in Albury or Wodonga. Following this he will create a detailed estimate quote, pending that we are a great fit for one another.
06.
Quote Approval, Contracts and Deposits
Now for the paperwork. We make sure all the fineprint is outlined and explained so you can move forward with peace of mind. Volpi Group operates in accordance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and Australian Standards as contained within the National Construction Code (NCC).

Detailed Design Selection & Product Finishes*
The Hawk Renovations team meets you at our specialist suppliers’ showrooms, such as Reece Bathrooms, Beaumont Tiles and Flair Cabinets, to make sure everything is how you want it. From tiles, to fixtures and fittings, this stage includes recommendations of industry experts.

Construction Begins With Project Management
It is time to get to work. Renovations can be noisy, messy and invasive. Hawk Renovations is understanding of housekeeping requests in order to minimise disruption to daily life. We provide daily updates and trade movements to give you a clear understanding of what to expect.
Hawk Renovations uses a portfolio of qualified and Australian certified tradespeople to create outstanding outcomes. This includes plumbing, electrical, demolition, carpentry, cabinetry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling and painting.
09.
Final Inspection and HandOver
We check that everything in your bathroom renovation, kitchen renovation, laundry renovation or carpentry project is running correctly, final finishes have been applied and fixtures are in smooth working order. Once we tick, tick, tick– it is ready for you!
