How long does a renovation take?

Can I still use my bathroom or kitchen during the renovation?
You will need an alternative setup during the build. We work efficiently to minimise disruption, and can arrange a temporary on-site bathroom for homes without a second one.
How much mess should I expect?
Less than you might think. We keep work areas clean daily and complete a thorough final clean before handover, even though renovations are naturally noisy at times.
What can cause delays to my renovation timeline?
Mostly council approval waiting periods and material or fixture lead times. We build realistic allowances into your schedule from the outset to account for both.
How soon can work begin after I approve the quote?
